Meet the 2024 Ram HD Lunar Editions

The Ram 2500 Power Wagon retains the hard-working abilities of a heavy-duty truck while being meticulously crafted to take on extreme terrain. The Power Wagon comes with 4×4, along with a locking rear differential and a class-exclusive locking front differential as standard equipment for superior traction on any terrain. Meanwhile, helping maintain that traction are the 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac all-terrain tires with outlined white letters mounted to 17-inch matte black alloy wheels. To increase wheel articulation and keep the tires in contact with the trail surface, the Power Wagon is equipped with a class-exclusive sway bar disconnect, which allows the front wheels to rise and drop further at the push of a button. Bilstein gas-charged monotube shocks and a two-inch factory lift provide 14.2 inches of ground clearance. Other features include steel front and rear bumpers, front tow hooks, telescopic trailer tow mirrors, a 12-inch digital gauge cluster, tire tread-embossed seats, and more. The Power Wagon comes equipped with a 6.4L HEMI V8 engine with 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque for a maximum towing capacity of 17,730 pounds when properly equipped.

In 2023, the Rebel trim joined the heavy-duty lineup for the first time after being exclusive to the light-duty Ram 1500 lineup since 2015. Like the Power Wagon, the Rebel features 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac all-terrain tries. However, they’re mounted on 20-inch black diamond-cut alloy wheels instead of the Power Wagon’s 17-inch matte black alloy wheels. It also features gas-charged monotube shocks from Bilstein, an electronic limited-slip rear differential with an E-Locker, standard 4×4, a Mopar sport performance hood, LED lighting, integrated front tow hooks, and more. Meanwhile, the cabin is equipped with heated/cooled front seats, an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, dual-zone automatic climate control, leather-trimmed seats, a 12-inch gauge cluster, and more. The Rebel is also powered by the 6.4L HEMI V8 as standard equipment. However, it is eligible for the 6.7L Cummins TurboDiesel inline six, offering 370 horsepower and 850 lb-ft of torque for a 19,990-pound towing capacity.

Ram certainly knows how to make a truck stand out, as is shown by the Heavy Duty Lunar Editions. Both the Power Wagon and Rebel Lunar Edition models come with a limited Ceramic Grey exterior color. Exclusive Lunar Edition Gloss Black vinyl body graphics complement this grey hue. Other exterior features include body-color badging, premium LED headlights and taillights, black 17-inch alloy wheels on the Power Wagon, and black 20-inch wheels on the Rebel. The Power Wagon Lunar Edition comes standard with a factory-installed WARN winch with a 12,000-pound capacity, while the Rebel Lunar Edition comes standard with the ultra-powerful Cummins TurboDiesel engine. Stepping inside, you’ll find Surf Blue accent stitching on black leather found throughout the cabin. Twill Film accents, borrowed from the Ram TRX, are featured on the console, instrument panel, and door panels. Meanwhile, the center console lid/armrest is adorned with a special die-cast metal badge that is engraved with either Power Wagon or Rebel in brushed metal satin chrome lettering. For technology, both Heavy Duty Lunar Edition models feature a 12-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen and wireless charging pads.
