Tim and the team at Humes were great. I was coming from Ohio so they worked out a fair deal over the phone. When I showed up there were no surprises. They honored the sales price and what we agreed to for my trade. A very honest group and would travel that far again if the occasion arises.

I set up pre approval through capitalone and searched the website site. I called on my way Keith and Mike had vehicle pulled out for me to test. Finance took 10 minutes and Mike made sure everything was ready for me to take it home the next day. I would definitely recommend giving Mike a call if you are looking for a used car
The best new car dealer,best service ,body shop and best used car dealer in Erie and 40 miles radius area.You feel here you are not being ripped off.Very kind people work here .I live in Erie ,they pick up my car free.I get car free if the car needs to be kept in for repair .People like Mat ,Joe,Troy and John are exceptional !

Eddie Miller went out of his way to find me a Dodge Durango. He explain everything upfront and honestly! He told me that he will try and see if he can find a Durango in my price range. Within a week he let me know that he found one and that were having it brought back to Humes for me. Other Salesman tried to sell the Durango before I was able to get with Eddie. But Eddie made sure that I got first dibs to buy it. Even after I bought it salesman were trying to sell it.

Good experience. I was charged $19.00 for misc.charge. Not sure what that is? Is that a new way of charging for ( shop supplies)? That has never been broken down to what supplies were used. It seems the more the bill the more ( shop supplies) you charge me. I would think $149.00 rate would cover a a few cfm’s of air or a squirt of penetrating oil. 🤷♂️ oops, it was $12.00

I always like going to this Jeep dealer in Waterford. They are quick and efficient. They can be a bit pricey like most dealers, but the good service is worth it sometimes to pay the extra cost and in this case I would say it was worth it. It usually is with them they’re very professional and knowledgeable. I know my jeep is in good hands.
Extremely easy to make my appointment and when I arrived, my vehicle was taken in promptly. The staff went above and beyond, and took care of a safety recall without even me having to do anything about it.

Experienced a flat as I left the house for work. Called Hume’s and they got me in immediately. In 30 minutes I was set with a car wash as well!
Overall they were pretty quick about the process. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay.
