It was very easy to make the appointment. It was an oil change lube and inspection. They were very thorough and their inspection and offered a very nice waiting room with AC. I did wander around and see all the new cars and everyone was very friendly. All in all are pretty good time and the price was reasonable
Awesome experience with Humes. I saw a vehicle on their website I was interested in. Drove up, met with Tim, and had one of the best interactions with a dealer in a LOONG time. He was polite, down to earth, honest, and actually cared about my questions, concerns, etc. He was able to give me a very decent trade value for my 21 renegade. The finance lady Angela was polite, cheerful, and answered any questions as well. Ended up leaving with the car I wanted the same day. Dealership was clean and well put together. All in all, a 100% positive experience!

Humes had to work on a recall on my Pacifica the Chrysler corporation told them it would take 2.5 hours. When in reality, it was supposed to take 1.5 to 2 days . Humes upon finding out that chrysler had not sent them the proper time frame, they gave me a loaner car to use. When they were done, Everything worked great.
Bought two new cars from them and have everything serviced there. Great experience every time.

I recently bought a truck from this location about three months ago. Yes it was used. But it ended up having a check engine light that came up. With it being a recent purchase I got a little nervous but I ended up working with Robert there service advice and he made everything a breeze. I scheduled my state inspection appointment last week. I took 1/2 day of personal time for said appointment.I showed up at 1pm with my car and documents. The issue was not only had I showed up at 1 pm and the appointment was for 9 am and not today the 21 st but the 23 rd.
